Ladies, what’s YOUR strong?

New! Women only. Small group training sessions. Starting March 13th

Coach Lauren Sanders will be leading this dynamic, new, women only class, that will be focused on developing the potential every women has!
If any of the following are on your fitness wish list, this class is for you

Unlike many boot camps and group training programs, our small group session is all about you!  Our uncompromising attention to detail and our low trainee to coach ratio, allows us to give you the attention you need to get the results you want!
