If one-on-one personal training doesn’t quite fit your budget, we can still help. Our limited group training sessions offer expert Precision Fitness coaching and tremendous results at a fraction of the cost on 1 on 1 training. Unlike most group training programs we don’t simply run you through generic workouts. Our uncompromising attention to detail and our low trainee to trainer ratio, allows us to give you the attention you need to get the results you want!

Strength and Conditioning for Endurance Sport
Multiple research studies have confirmed that endurance athletes who include 2 well designed progressive strength and conditioning workouts into to their training consistently outperform and have fewer injuries than those athletes who don’t strength train. But this not news to us. For years Precision Fitness has been helping endurance athletes of all levels realize the benefits integrating proper strength and conditioning into their training routine.

Strength and Conditioning for Endurance Sport- Block 1
This 8 week progressive group training block will help athletes, improve overall movement efficiency, increase muscle endurance and end strength and power. The results will be better bike, swim and / or run economy, increased strength to rate ratio, better recovery, improved injury resistance and of course faster times!
Session starts the 1st week of November and runs until the week before Christmas.
Available workout times are Tues and Friday mornings at 6:00 am and Thursday evenings at 6:00.
Strength and Conditioning for Endurance Sport- Block 2
This 10 week progressive session builds on the progress made in session 1. With an increased focus on strength and power this block is designed to have the athlete in peaking condition in time for the spring season!
Session starts the 1st week of January and runs through the second week of March.
Available workout times are Tues and Friday mornings at 6:00 am and Thursday evenings at 6:00!
