6 Week Home Bodyweight Workout Program
Welcome to the 6 Week Home Bodyweight Program!
This 6 Week Program is divided into 3 Phases – with each phase being 2 weeks in duration. Each week has four different workouts:
- Strength Workout
- Endurance Workout
- High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Workout
- Core and Balance Workout
All you need is your own bodyweight. No additional weights (dumbbells, barbells, etc.) are necessary.
Each phase/week has the specific workout recorded for you. You will receive an email with the specific link for each phases workouts.
We have also created a PDF Manual for you to download that has tracking sheets and links to watch video of each specific video so you know how to perform each specific exercise.
