Each new Precision Fitness client begins with a comprehensive pre-training consultation and physical examination to determine physical needs, training objectives and solid goals. A complete integrative program is then designed and implemented specific to your individual clients’ needs.
Precision Fitness prides itself in having the areas most highly qualified team of Fitness and Wellness, and Sports Medicine Professionals. Currently there are no regulations safe guarding the fitness industry and no national standard of education or certification necessary in order to work as a Personal Trainer or Coach. As a result many health clubs and studios can get away with hiring Personal Trainers with little or no education in the area of health and fitness. Every member of the Precision Fitness team is educated and nationally certified, and highly experienced in their field of expertise.
Our state of the art training facilities provides a clean and professional environment free from the crowds and distractions found in most traditional membership gyms. Precision Fitness is also home to the Southeast Endurance Academy Performance Lab. The SEA lab offers area athletes cutting edge performance testing including VO2 Max, Blood Lactate, High Speed Video Analysis, Wireless EMG testing, and Computrainer Cycling.
